Bolzano will surprise you!

It does not only offer the South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology with Ötzi , the mummy of the Similaun. The museum is a 5-minute walk from our apartment.

Many walks, numerous castles and three cable cars await you, which depart directly from the city and take you in a few minutes to the surrounding mountains to enjoy a view of the Dolomites , a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Trip to Renon

Visit to the museum

Ötzi is a must-see, that's for sure! Since 1998, the Iceman has been on display at the South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology in Bolzano with all his equipment.

The Renon cable car starts just a few steps from the historic center and takes you in 12 minutes to 1000 meters above sea level on the Renon plateau. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the vineyards of Bolzano and the Dolomites!

The Talvera river walk starts right behind our apartment and takes you to the green lung of the city, but not only. Pass by Castel Mareccio and you can reach Castel Roncolo, the illustrated manor of Bolzano.
